CAM PPO Background

About Our Providers
There are many important questions to consider when deciding on a provider for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). The term “credentialing” describes an administrative process for evaluating health practitioners’ credentials when they apply to participate as network providers. The credentialing process enables the Network to undertake a detailed evaluation of applications prior to acceptance to enable the Network to include only those health care practitioners that meet appropriate criteria.
The CAM PPO of America, Inc. credentialing process is designed for practitioners with specialties in CAM fields. This process enables the network to evaluate applicants qualifications, education, licensure, background, and related training prior to accepting applicants into the network. The careful scrutiny of participating provider standards in the credentialing process reflects the quality that is CAM PPO’s hallmark, and we hope it empowers your confidence in the care you receive through Network providers.
